The options 1 to 3 are for 12 months minimum term and include membership to both the HipsDirectory.com and Link4Property.com property websites and marketing material to help promote your business. Properties can only be displayed if they are from a paying branch/department that received the original instruction.

Option 4:	Advertise an individual property for sale or let - £300 plus VAT for a maximum period of 3 months
Option 5:	Addition to Service Providers Directories - £150 + VAT Per Year

Joining Checklist

Please be advised that in order to complete the membership application, we require a copy of your company logo, please can you tick the box if we canuse your website logo. (Alternatively email a copy of your company logo to Sales@LGRPropertyServices.com)

Your password will be sent you once your Membership Application has been completed. Please can you advise us what you would like your username to be.

Declaration

Your completion of this form constitutes an offer to join both HipsDirectory.com and Link4Property.com, which is accepted by LGR Property Services Ltd only when you receive written confirmation of our acceptance of your membership.

As a Director/Proprietor/Partner of the above company, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions and have selected the appropriate payment and membership options. You confirm that all properties listed have been secured by the branch(es)/departments(s) named above. Any other properties listed under this agreement will be charged for on an individual property basis.
